Because many items are unique or made to order, production and shipping costs are incurred immediately after purchase. For this reason, original artworks may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the collector is not fully satisfied. ✓ The item is unused and in its original condition ✓ The artwork is returned in the original protective packaging whenever possible ✓ Photos or documentation are provided when reporting damage or issues The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and must include the Certificate of Authenticity. Original artworks must also include the Certificate of Authenticity when returned. Free Refunds (No Fees) Refunds or replacements are provided at no additional cost in the following cases: 1. The order is cancelled before it is shipped 2. The artwork arrives damaged during shipping (wet, torn, crushed packaging, etc.) 3. The order is lost or not delivered by the carrier 4. A production or material defect is identified and confirmed In these cases, you may receive either a full refund or a replacement, depending on availability. Returns for Change of Mind If you decide to return an item for personal reasons: 1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery 2. 25% restocking fee will be applied to the product value 3. Original artworks and fine art prints are offered in limited availability. Because prints are produced on demand and original artworks are unique pieces, exchange requests follow policies similar to those used by fine art galleries and independent artists. Exchange requests may be submitted only if the order has not yet entered production or been prepared for shipment. As a small studio operating with made-to-order prints, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, exchanges are no longer possible because materials and printing costs have already been incurred. If your order has not yet begun production and you wish to request an exchange for another artwork of the same value, please provide: • Your order number • The email used for the purchase • The details of the item you originally ordered • The details of the artwork you would like to receive instead Important Conditions Exchange requests are subject to availability and approval. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind, and exchanges for another original work can only be approved if the requested artwork is still available. If an exchange is approved, you will receive instructions for completing the process. If the new artwork has a different price, the customer will be responsible for paying any price difference and any additional shipping costs. Orders with a value of $299 USD or more qualify for free worldwide shipping. If an order does not reach this amount, the available shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Available Shipping Destinations Orders can be shipped to the countries supported by the Envia platform. The availability of delivery to your location will be displayed during checkout. If your country appears as available at checkout, shipping is supported. Production Time Original artworks and fine art prints are prepared after the order is placed. Some pieces are made to order, so please allow a few days for preparation before shipment. The delivery estimates below refer only to the shipping time after the order has been dispatched, and do not include production or preparation time. Packaging and Artwork Format To ensure safe international transport and reasonable shipping costs, many artworks are shipped carefully rolled instead of stretched on wooden frames. This is especially important for larger works (for example, artworks measuring around 60 cm or larger). Shipping a stretched canvas internationally significantly increases shipping costs and raises the risk of damage during transit. For this reason: • Larger artworks are shipped rolled in protective tubes • The wooden stretcher frame is not included for international shipments • Once received, the artwork can be stretched or framed locally by a professional framer Shipping Time Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local regulations, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Because shipping rates are calculated in real time and may be affected by carrier demand and customs processing, delivery times may vary between 5 and 30 business days after dispatch. Average Delivery Estimates by Region: Shipping Method Delivery time also depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. Economy shipping options generally have longer transit times, typically between 10 and 30 business days. Depending on destination and availability, orders may be shipped through international carriers such as: UPS, DHL, Correios by Envía. Original Artworks All original artworks are created by the artist on 100% cotton canvas, a material widely used in professional fine art for its durability, texture, and long-term archival quality. Cotton canvas allows the artwork to maintain stability and color integrity over time while preserving the original brushwork and surface details. Each original piece is a one-of-a-kind work, individually created and authenticated by the artist. Every artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming its originality and provenance. Original works are shipped carefully rolled in protective packaging to ensure safe international transport. Once received, the canvas can be professionally stretched or framed by a local framer according to the collector’s preference. Fine Art Prints Fine art prints are produced from the original artworks using high-resolution digital reproduction and printed on premium cotton canvas. This material is selected for its ability to reproduce the texture, depth, and tonal qualities of the original work while maintaining the standards commonly used in fine art printing. All prints are made to order. When a print is purchased, it is produced specifically for that collector and printed exclusively after the order is placed. This means the artwork is not taken from existing stock; it is commissioned and created on demand for each customer. This process ensures careful production, quality control, and the use of freshly printed materials. Like the original works, prints are shipped carefully rolled in protective tubes to ensure safe international delivery. Once received, the canvas can be stretched or framed locally according to the collector’s preference.
